Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test with automated checks on every release, keyboard-only use, screen readers and small phone screens.
What we’ve built in
Reduced motion, adjustable text size, light and dark mode, large tap targets, visible keyboard focus, and meaning that never depends on colour alone.
Known gaps
Some PDF documents you upload, and some official pages we link to, may not be accessible; we can’t control those. If something in Providia itself is hard to use, tell us and we’ll fix it.
