Some schemes accept students in their first year, while many Nigerian company scholarships start from 200 level because they ask for a first-year CGPA. The eligibility section of each listing says which levels can apply.
It varies. Many schemes ask for a minimum of about 3.0 to 3.5 on a 5-point scale, and some only look at the aptitude test. Where a listing states a minimum grade, it's shown on the card.
